Hi, my name's Michele Colella and I'm a childcare professional, with an impressive educational background and several years of experience with babies, toddlers, preschools and gradeschoolers.
My approach with children is gentle and respectful, where emotions are validated and misbehaves readressed with last innovative pedagogical techniques (see Big Little Feelings and Educazione Rispettosa by Rosicler Ramirez).
Additionally, I am a big fan of Montessori method. I would help your little ones to be more independent as much as possibile, from solo playing to daily life routine.
I'm well based in South-West London, where I share a flat with my partner. We are both keen on cooking (we're Italians ahahah) and our friends are always happy to be invited for dinner by us!
I'm reliable, punctual and hardworking. During my freetime, I delighted myself practicing my English such listening to podcasts or reading books, as well as going out with International friends. My favourite London area is West End - who doesn't love it?
