We had a chat on whatsapp about the time and hours so I settled for what I could afford when she said the fee wasn't negotiable. On the agreed day, she sent me a whatsapp message an hour to the time that she couldn't make it because of childcare and I didn't check my phone until I was about to leave for work. I tried to call her to find out if I could bring my child over since she has offered to have her at her place but no response and I sent her messages on whatsapp. I saw her online but she never bother to read the messages or call back. I do believe she did it intentionally which is very bad.
I contacted her on phone when she sent me her number. I liked her profile and we discussed through text messages. I had high hopes that my child could go to this place as soon as possible since it was close to my place and told me she had all the requirements I needed. I asked her if I could come and have a look at the place and since the she stopped reply to my messages both on phone and the website. She could have even told me she is now fully booked so that I can focus somewhere else and dashed my hopes.
Everything about this place is just excellent. The first day I took my child here, I was worried but when I got there and I saw the set up, I was so happy I found a good place for him. I love everything about this place and so does my child.

The first time Tabitha came to my place, everything went smoothly, the second time I tried to contact her she accused me of not being patient enough with her to reply to my messages, she told me to wait and then told me she couldn't do the babysitting, I was expecting that anyway. I decided to try the third time. I sent her a message on WhatsApp on Monday for baby sitting for me on Friday, I sent a 'hi' on Wednesday when I saw that the message hasn't been read. She read the message and till this minute, I didn't get a reply yet her profile say she responds within 24 hours and it's been 4 days. I just felt humiliated and embarrassed just because I wanted someone to babysit my son. A simple yes or no was all I needed but I got insulted on the last two occasions.

I can only apologise for the most recent occasion. I had intended to respond but was in a lot of pain. I’ve recently had surgery and currently in hospital. Looking to be discharged within the next few days. I should have responded sooner, so I apologise as my previous reviews show I am a lot better with communication than this. I do ask for some patience with my reply time, I always aim to respond within 24 hours on the occasion you described, you had sent me a message at 1 am in the morning and again before 9 am, which is why I had asked you to be patient with me. Good luck with the childcare app moving forward and I wish you all the best.
