Charlotte is my sons childminder.
I was surprised when after 2 weeks of introduction he was absolutely fine with drop offs, when at the nursery even after 2 years he was still crying when I had to drop him off. Which is not a case with Charlotte as my son adapted really well. He is not verbal boy but he has a relationship with her. She found the why to his heart. She exceeded my expectations. I can see how happy he is to go in the morning. My son goes straight to her hands for the hug, that always melts my heart.
We have a nice relationship with Charlotte. She updates my sons day with photos and comments. She supports me with my working hours. Helps as much as she can.
