We started our LG (2 years old) with Aimee early 2022, and Aimee could not be more accommodating. Our LG had never been left with anyone other than myself and my husband, and she is naturally shy, so I was definitely nervous putting her into childcare, but Aimee could not be better.

Aimee let us have as many settling in sessions as we needed, whenever we needed. She bends over backwards to accommodate our days and hours and most importantly, my LG absolutely loves going to Aimee’s house. Aimee sets up bespoke activities tailored to my daughter’s interests including making potions, gruffalo themes, baking, role playing shops, outside play, picnics, dance parties, and that’s just in one day! She has catered to my daughter’s medication as well as dietary needs and snacks throughout the day. My husband is a particular fan of the cornflake cakes our daughter often brings home and has requested them a few times!

Aimee sends me lots of pictures and we are in constant communication. She is honest and proactive and extremely responsive. My daughter has turned into a confident, outgoing, happy child with Aimee and they have a close bond, as well as with Aimee’s daughter, Millie (who is gorgeous). She talks about Aimee and Millie on the days she is not there and even wants to bring them to Gruffalo Land next time we go!

Aimee is very gentle and looks after my daughter wonderfully. She offers her comfort if needed and always treats and speaks to her with respect and warmth. I have complete trust in Aimee and I know my daughter is happy and safe with her. I have never had to leave my daughter upset or in distress with Aimee, and Aimee wouldn’t expect me to. Aimee’s setting is spacious and clean, easily accessible with lots of toys, outside space and different areas for different activities.

Aimee has a great understanding of children and childminding and she is my first point of call for everything now for my daughter. I have recommended her to everyone I know, including my sister, and will continue to bring my daughter to her for as long as I can.
