My Requirements
Childcare required varied weekdays on a shift pattern. My husband works for StenaLine so is home 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, when he is home we may not require childminding full-time, maybe just 2 or 3 days per week, but if part-time places are unavailable this is something we could be flexible with.
