Caz has been looking after my 5 and 6 year old boys for well over a year now, through half terms and holidays, since my work increased, she has been so adaptive and has been amazing as they transitioned from after school care for the first time. They enjoy going to hers after school, they pick up from the school and ensure they are happy, kept awake (Bonus) and given snacks and allow them to have fun! Always takes them out on walks in the local woods and they have a very good relationship with Caz own children who are equally fantastic with them. She really has helped with the smooth transition of working longer days from my children and kept them happy in the process.
Also she has been fantastic for an always amending freelancer and has happily moved things around to fit my boys in!

Our son has been going to Caroline for 4 months and has settled really well. He loves his days with her and takes part in lots of different activities often following a theme, including crafts and sensory play. The communication is fantastic - we get updates at the end of each day and weekly observations. It’s lovely to receive photos during the day to see what he’s up to. They spend a lot of time outside in the setting, going on nature walks, lots of singing and dancing, and he’s also learning skills like sign language. Caroline is a wonderful childminder and it’s clear to see she truly cares for the children.

From the second we met Caz and saw her setting it was clear she’s incredibly passionate about her job. Our son (18months) goes to Caz with welcome arms, always comes home having learnt something new and we are kept updated throughout the day. Parents needs are listened to and communication is great. A fun environment mixed with plenty of play, lovely woodland walks, nature & sign language … even our once Velcro Covid baby requests half term play dates. A real home from home.

My son has been going to Caroline since February 2024 and she and Louise has been absolutely amazing with him.
They provide amazing care for my son, they are very patient and my son loves going there.
Her setting is beautiful and clean.
I can highly recommend her.

Caroline and Louise have provided pick up and after school care for our little boy. They are both caring and always good about feeding back anything that has happened or needed to be shared about his day. Caroline is very responsive to queries and regularly sends updates and useful information.

Our daughter has been going to Rugrats since April and we cannot be happier with the setting. Caz and Louise are lovely. Our daughter loves her time there. She settled in quickly and has been coming on leaps and bounds with her development. The setting is like a home from home. Very warm and welcoming.

Caroline and her team are all welcoming and caring. My children attend after-school and in holidays. They always have so much to tell me about their time there and look forward to going.
I get updates about what they are doing and I am always relaxed when they are there, knowing they are well looked after and having fun.
It is a nurturing environment and would recommend to all.

Caz is very friendly and great with my baby boy. She's amazing with him and been very patient settling my baby in. He is now super happy. I would highly recommend caz!

Caroline and her staff provide a level of care that provides parents with utter reassurance. As a parent we are so worried about what actually happens with our precious little people. I've spent first hand time watching how my child and others are nurtured and stimulated and it is just lovely.
This is a professional setting but on a scale that mitigates children becoming lost amongst the throng. There is so much one on one work with the children which I've seen reflected in the overall wellbeing of my son.
Additionally Caroline herself is such a sweet and friendly person as is her delightful colleague Louise.
When it comes to our children, I am reserved about any recommendations but in this case I have no reservations. This is a wonderful find and my family is lucky to have made this discovery!

My son has been going to Caroline's 5 days / week since he was 1 years old. Caroline, her team and her family have welcomed him like one of their own and I couldn't be more grateful for having the peace of mind knowing he's happy and being well looked after. He's developed so much since he's been going and he clearly loves it as barely looks back when I drop him off !
