Very happy child, happy mum

We found Teresa nearly a year ago and we have been incredibly satisfied with The Ladybird club in this time.
My little boy runs to the door, excited to see the familiar faces and I can tell he is very well looked after and feels safe in their care, which is so important to me.
Every interaction we have had with Teresa and the team has been professional and met all of my (high) expectations. They are very meticulous with all documentation making sure I am aware of everything, such as, everytime cream has had to be applied and they have even offered recommendations on creams to use, which as a first time mum is invaluable.
They have shown me that they have the expertise in every aspect of my child's needs so if I ever need advise or have any questions I know they can be relied upon.
Overall, I have complete trust and confidence in Teresa's abilities to make my son's experience with them positive and memorable, shaping him into a kind, friendly child ready for school.

Beyond happy with this childminder :)

My son has been with Teresa for a little over 2 years now and I have just introduced my 2nd child into the setting. My son thoroughly enjoys spending time with Teresa. She has created a safe space for all the kids where they can free play but always puts lots of effort into making lots of activities that are fun and educational providing lots of stimulation. Finding a childminder that cares as much as Teresa would be hard, she is so selfless and put the kids before everything! My son gets very excited to leave the house on "Teresa days" 😀
The food on offer for the kids is really diverse and nutritional getting a good variety into their diets. Absolutely no complaints here I think Teresa and everyone else with her is outstanding at what they do.
