Brilliant

Our son has been with Lou since April 2023. Lou was extremely flexible with his settling in, and we have been so happy with the care he receives.
The home is clean, warm and inviting. The toys are laid out in a way to interest the children, and there's a huge variety to keep them entertained.


Lou is friendly, fun and affectionate which has really suited our child. It's clear that she pays attention to his likes/dislikes, and I think he settled in so quickly because of this.
Lou sends us updates through the day if needed, and towards the end of the day there's always photos and a good summary of what they've been up to and how he has been. It's reassuring to see a clearly thought out approach to his care & development which seems evidence based. It feels like he is in safe hands and we really couldn't be happier
