Our 14 month old daughter started with Lisa and Rich in May this year. Although it is still early days with her journey in childcare, she has come on so much already! She struggles with separation anxiety at drop off, but Lisa is very understanding and a calming influence and is happy to spend 1:1 time with her until she has settled, which also eases my guilt. We get regular updates and photos via WhatsApp and Tapestry which is lovely to see. The garden and the woods out the back of their house is one of the main reasons we chose to go with Lisa, as well as all the outings and their 2 friendly dogs as we knew our daughter loved to be outside and to be with animals. Lisa’s knowledge and experience comes across in everything she does and we are so happy we chose her to look after our girl. We’ve even requested more days!
