My Requirements

I'm currently looking for a before and after school babysitter/nanny/childminder. It would be; Monday - Thursday to pick-up my 4 year old daughter from her primary school in Watchfield at around 3oclock and take her back to our house or your own house until roughly 5-5:30pm. And then 2 or 3 mornings a week (specific days TBC) either collecting my daughter from our house or I drop her off at your house at roughly 7-7:30am and you take her to school for 8:45am.

Additionally; (does not have to be the same childcare provider doing all of my requirements, I am happy to hire more than 1 person for different duties)
I am also looking for an ad-hoc babysitter/nanny who can do the occasional day/evening or overnight babysitting, on an as-and-when basis. Roughly once or twice a month or for any last minute emergency childcare requests.

It will be for my 4 year old daughter and 2 year old daughter. Occasionally it would be having both, but sometimes just 1 or the other at a time. My daughters are both very easy-going, confident and fun little girls who love lots of playtime and nurturing, so anyone with a gentle, calming and empathetic approach and someone who just loves playing with children and being around them generally is the perfect fit for our family - not someone who is quite strict and firm.
