Mia stepped in to help me out a sticky situation last minute. Her communication was great (mine was not due to issues receiving her messages!) but it didn't deter her. We had a quick phonecall to discuss timings and logistics and she turned up on time. She got on with my daughter well and got involved with her activities such as colouring and playing with make up. She was friendly and easy going and a pleasure to have work for us.
