I met Nesrine when she was recommended by a neighbour when I was looking for wraparound care for my 3 year old (and nervous about it). We met the first time at her home for introductions and I met her family - she opened the door and we felt so warm and welcomed straightaway. Even her children are like that and my little boy LOVED them.

Nesrine has also helped as an emergency nanny for our 1 year old when nursery closed unexpectedly. She had never been left with anyone but myself, my husband and nursery and is very scared of strangers, but by Day 3 she was so excited to see Nesrine in the morning and really affectionate with her. Nesrine gave her proper care, play, attention and affection and she thrived in her care. By Day 5 she was asking for her in the morning.

Would highly recommend Nesrine and I know others do, as I spoke to two referees and saw her DBS.
