My Requirements

Hi Everyone,

I require an experienced, professional, friendly CRB checked, nanny, childminder, nanny guardian to provide household support and care while I undergo intensive chemotherapy treatment.

I will be in the hospital for two weeks from Sunday, 26th January to Monday, 10th February.

There are two possible suitable service options:

Option 1: Night Cover Only

• Hours: 5 PM to 8 AM (15 hours per day).
• Responsibilities:

1. Supervising my 13-year-old granddaughter, Mya, and my 14-year-old grandson, Israel, ensuring they follow their evening and morning routines.

2. Providing light household support, including supervision of two dogs and cats (a dog walker is available if needed).

3. Ensuring the children have dinner and are in bed on time, and preparing them for school in the morning.

4. My grandson will only need care on weekends, as he attends boarding school during the week.

Option 2: Full-Time Support

• Hours: 24-hour cover with flexibility.
• Responsibilities:

1. Supervision of both children as outlined above.

2. General household management, ensuring the home runs smoothly.

3. Preparing my grandson for his skiing trip starting 2nd February.

4. Overseeing the pets (relief care is available between 7 AM and 5 PM if needed).

Additional Information:
• Both children are independent, so the role is more about providing a supportive, guardian-like presence.

• The children enjoy preparing their own meals, but light meal prep may occasionally be required.

This is an important time for my family, and I’m looking for someone responsible, kind, and capable of providing stability while I’m away. Please provide a quote for both options, along with the agency fees, so I can make an informed decision.
