About Me
I'm a qualified level 3 childcare practitioner and have competed as an outdoor teacher training course. Im able to offer part time hours to facilitate pick up from school and after-school tasks. Im also available to help look after children during the daytime who are not in school. I'm an home educator which means I have a 3 year old that would need to be accompanying me during these times. I also run outdoor play/ forest school sessions on a Monday, any child or children that I would be responsible for could attend this with me and my child along with other parents/carers, If this would be okay with the parent/ guardian responsible for the child that I'm looking after. I have over 20 years of experience of working with children and young people in different settings, I love to get involved in their play and activities that are child led. Throughout my training and experience I have developed sound knowledge of child development and theory which has helped me understand about children's behaviour and how I can support them with their developmental needs and encourage them to reach their potential in whatever that may be.
