Having never used a childminder before. This was my first experience and happy to say that Irania was very helpful and understood how nervous I was leaving my little one with someone new.
She was very flexible when I changed the time for drop off just a day before.
Glad to say my little one had a great time and was very happy and chatty when I went to pick him up.
