Nicky is quite simply a fantastic child minder. Nicky goes above and beyond her duties in every respect. Nicky has been caring for our identical twin girls for some time now and for a time also our four year old son. They all adore her. Every time they visit her she provides a stimulating, happy environment for them. In fact, she treats them like there her own. A rare quality that Nicky has is that she focuses on the individual child and makes them feel special and with having identical twins this was vital for us. She is so professional and even though she is already outstanding she is always looking for different ways to engage our two year olds further. It was with heavy heart and much regret that we had to end our time with Nicky because our circumstances changed. The girls will miss her terribly. She is quite simply first class and we would highly recommend her.
