Lovey lady but a let down

Susi was lovely and great with the children. Unfortunately it would seem Susi was not happy with the hours we had agreed upon before she started working with my children. Susi took it upon herself to find a full time job whilst working for me and gave no warning of this and told me me on her last day that it would be her last day with me. Whilst I understand Susi wanted a full time role, the lack of communication from herself has now left me in a massive hole. I now have zero child care for my children and I have only just started back at work after maternity. The stress this has caused me is ridiculous and I feel extremely let down. Not to mention the fact that my children are upset and have a lot of questions as to why she won’t be looking after them anymore. Although I wish Susi the best in her new role, it is totally unfair of her to not give any notice of her intentions or a time period to allow me to source childcare elsewhere.

Emma, ​​I understand you perfectly and you have every reason to complain about my conduct. You are completely right and I can only apologize to you most sincerely. Unfortunately, sometimes we don't have the time we'd like to sort things out and that's exactly what happened. I hope you are well and without a doubt meeting you and kids was an amazing experience!
