I was very anxious to have some help and relief when I had my twins as I also had a 2 year old at home. As an experienced mummy I was keen to have someone who would follow my lead and be flexible about how I fed, settled and dealt with my babies but also offer some practical and emotional support.

I could not have chosen better.

Jackie was supportive of my decision to breastfeed on demand while still able to offer great tips on settling multiples, and giving us a much needed night off once a week. She was relaxed, charming and easy to relate to - often listening to my worries and concerns with understanding and good humour while we settled the twins down for the night. I cannot say how I looked forward to my Monday "night off" when I could guarantee a good night's sleep while my babies were looked after by someone I trusted entirely. She was even happy to babysit for us one evening while we went out for my birthday - I don't think there is anyone else I would feel comfortable leaving like that.

She was always punctual and reliable, but also completely flexible and happy to follow our lead for how often and for how long we needed her.

I would recommend Jackie to anyone, for one baby or mutiples, as the most supportive and helpful nanny you could possibly hope for.
