Our daughter has been under the care of Caroline since September. Caroline relieved all the anxieties around leaving our daughter and made our daughter feel part of her little group instantly. She is extremely attentive, A great communicator, has a super warm and friendly presence and her setting is a home away from home for our daughter. Our daughter has thrived since attending Carolines setting, she is interacting with other children, she enjoys arts and crafts, educational activities and her speech continues to develop with the support from Caroline. We are extremely pleased with Caroline and her continuous efforts and support for our daughter, and most importantly, our daughter absolutely loves her and the setting!

Caroline is absolutely fantastic. She made our daughter (and us!) feel incredibly welcome and assured she is in the best place. Our daughter loves spending time with Caroline and the other children. They always have a great mix of pre school learning, playing fun games, and trips out to the park and local playgroups. We couldn’t ask for any more, and our only wish is that we had found Caroline sooner!

Caroline has been looking after our two boys for over three years now. We are so, so lucky that she is their childminder, though not as lucky as they are! They enjoy their time with Caroline so much - she does a huge range of activities and trips with them, and scaffolds and encourages their development and their skills constantly. She is always alert to any areas where they may need a bit more encouragement or support, and she incorporates activities to help with these areas into their daily routine. She never allows them to get upset or worried about anything they have an issue with, she just creates fun ways to make sure that they are able to develop at their own speed, in the best way they can.
She has a huge range of activities, toys, books, creative play, etc for them in her home environment, and they are always going out to have fun with other children in other play settings. They love the healthy food she cooks for them, and the setting has everything a child would need or want. Communication between us and Caroline is always great. She plans their days with the boys, and they agree on what they're going to do together. She's always thinking of new things to do, and they are always excited about doing things they haven't done before - or about going back to do something they love that they haven't done for a while.
More than anything else, the boys love Caroline, and she loves them. She is so warm and supportive, which they responded to as soon as they started with her, and which they still respond to now. Every day they spend with Caroline is fun, and they come home with the most brilliant stories about what they've been doing, and what they're looking forward to doing tomorrow. We couldn't imagine any way that Caroline could be better.
