We messaged for 2 days, the night before the appointment she messaged again to confirm that she was coming, and suddenly cancelled 1 hour before our appointment.

Hi Evelina! If you check your messages you will see I gave you more than 1hours notice and I have worked with hundreds of parents and never cancelled before so please understand it was not an easy decision. Wishing you all the best in your search : )
