Charlotte was pretty difficult to pin down when trying to organise a first meeting, unresponsive to texts - when we finally met she agreed to a trail run of regular days starting with babysitting on the night of my wife's birthday. Just two hours before she was due to arrive she sent a text saying she had a sore throat that wasn't contagious but she would be unable to childcare that day. We sent a text saying while we are sorry she is unwell she could have warned us much sooner, we asked her if she was still able to start child care properly the following week and never responded. She is unreliable at best.
