Hiya! I am a 21 year old Student Nurse with loads of experience with children.
I am a determined, proactive and fun person who is very cautious and takes my job seriously without being boring!
As I am in my final year of my degree in nursing, I have developed a multitude of skills in healthcare and knowledge in how to take care of children and approach difficult situations.
My Experience
I have a lot of experience with children as I have a big family and have been taking care of children from the age of 6 months - 12+ years.
I have also been a part time baby sitter whilst studying my A-levels as well as having volunteered at a primary school part time.
During my time at university, I have been working part time at York Hospital and I’ve had a lot of experience with people who are unwell and feel comfortable taking care of them.
I have been babysitting for 7+ years and I am very good with kids. I have a lot of experience with duties that include but are not limited to:
- Preparing meals for children
- Keeping children safe and clean
- Organizing creative and educational activities
- Helping children with homework
- Encouraging individual and group play
- Transporting children to and from school
- Making sure children’s environment is clean and safe
- Performing light housekeeping duties as needed
- Getting children ready for bed and putting them to sleep
My Qualifications
I am very experienced with children and confident when taking care of them.
I have my full DBS as well as being first aid trained due to my nursing degree.

She engaged with them in a friendly and playful manner, ensuring they felt comfortable in her presence. She effortlessly handled their needs, from changing their diapers to feeding them and tucking them into bed.
