Absolutely fantastic childminder, highly recommend

I have been using Claire's service for nearly 2 years.
She goes above and beyond, and as well as her normal services, provides extra treat days, pictures, pantomimes lots of other activities, never missed a child's birthday without a treat day, going out for lunch, and of course a birthday cake.
She provides lots of variations with days out, snow tubing, play parks,, kelburn castle, too many too name. She is a passionate and caring and I can not express how she supports myself and grandson and how grateful to have found her and her amazing service xx

The best!

Great service from claire, kids loved going, always a different range of activitys provided and days out, even outwith her working hours. Easy to communicatw with, patience of a saint! Would highly recommend

Couldn’t be happier

Been using bright sparks childcare for my son for years now every week. Couldn’t ask for a better childminder. He’s always having great fun and looks forward to going every week. As I work full time he goes full days during the holidays and they are always away out at events like the cinema, pantomimes and he even tried golfing for the first time recently with bright sparks which he loved. Always lots of options for him to eat and different activities to do. Really accommodating for my work schedule, very professional always and my son feels safe and happy.

Claire provides a secure, fun and lovely environment for the kids she cares for from very small to bigger kids. She organises crafts and other imeginative play for the kids. My little one developed her social, verbal as well as gross and fine motor skills with her so much. Claire takes the little kids to have fun activities all the time such as soft play, farms, nature walks. Her house is always clean. She offers pick up/dropp offs if she can, is always on time, never let us down. She is kind and does everything to help the parents wherever and whenever she can. She has good communication with the parents and asks for feedback from them on a regular basis. She is an absolute treasure. I highly recommend her.

Trustworthy & Excellent Childminder

Claire is a fabulous and extremely kind childminder whom has always went above and beyond to accommodate our childcare needs. An excellent and clear communicator, meticulous with her planning skills when it comes to activities, trips and children’s health and wellbeing, I entrust her with the care of both my children. Couldn’t recommend anyone else better for the job.

My 6 year old comes home happy and tells me every day that’s “She’s just the best mummy”. I think words from her mouth speaks for itself 😊

Amazing Childminder

My son and I met up with claire last year when I became a first time mum. Claire was so understanding to our needs and very accommodating allowing us to have many settling in sessions.
My son had now been with Brightsparks for 4 Months and has absolutely thrived since starting. Claire has put my mind at ease and I was able to return to work knowing my son was in safe hands. Amazing service , goes above and beyond for the kids and it's clear to see how much she means to them all 😊.

Amazing childcare provider

My daughter has now been with Claire for a year in an afterschool care setting and also during school holidays. She has come on leaps and bounds with her confidence and socialising since starting with Claire. She is kind, caring and always providing the kids with the same love and attention She does for her own. She goes above and beyond with the activities and adventures she provides for the children. You really couldn't find a better childminder! Wish I'd found her sooner.
