Changed mind last minute after not replying to me
Everything was discussed and ready to go or so I thought until Kim ignored me for almost two weeks then told me circumstances have changed and she won’t be taking my children any longer. Beyond furious as I now have next to no time to find someone else, we all know how extremely difficult and time consuming it is to find the right provider. She could have just been honest with me to begin with instead of ignoring me for 2 weeks. I wish I could give negative star.

From the start you were very clear I would only be used as “you could not find another childminder or afterschool club”.
You have messaged with further comments as such, yet have not been in for a visit to my setting, nor have I ever met you or any of your children before.
I do believe I was also very clear that I couldn’t take your children straight away and would need a visit to be completed. A date for a visit was not even discussed.
As I may have taken a week and 1 day to reply, you also took 2 weeks to reply to me, and ignored my messages twice.
To review someone as a “minus negative” over this, is simply silly.
