My Experience

Have worked in early years for 5 and a half years. 
• Duties include working unsupervised in running a room; organising activities for children; play and basic learning; supervising mealtimes, ensuring all staff are involved and following correct procedures. Ensuring all relevant paper work is up to date including PLJ, planning, floor books etc. 
• Have deputised as a room senior for a year before I was promoted.
• Helping peers in the room achieve qualifications. Act as mentor for three of my colleague.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the children and their needs.
• Have an excellent relationship with many parents and provide feedback and reports on their child’s development and progress.
• Thoroughly familiar with all Nursery practices, requirements and working methods.
• First Aid qualified.
• Worked on a voluntary basis in the charity Manna Coffee Shop in Newport on Tay for two years (2014 – 16).
• School prefect.
• Early experience working with young children as a play buddy.
• Former netball coach.
• Regular babysitter.

My Availability

I am available full time Monday to Friday but I am studying at the university of Dundee so often may have a lecture to attend.

• Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
• Nursery work from £16.00 per hour
