About Me
Hi, we live in West Oxfordshire (OX29) and are the proud parents of a bonny infant (now 12 months). We are both busy professionals who love history, traveling and gardening (when we have some time off). My step-children, aged aged 13 and 14 years, live with us 2 weeks/month and are academically-oriented, well-mannered boys.
My Requirements
We are are offering a part-time live-out housekeeper/nanny position to help with managing our household and with childcare. Responsibilities would include helping with baby-care (playing & stimulating, feeding, nappy changes), light housekeeping (not cleaning, as we have dedicated cleaners), preparing the evening family meal, laundry and linen, and receiving deliveries / groceries. We are ideally looking for a self-motivated, experienced individual who lives locally (upto a 15 minute drive from us) and is willing to work Monday through to Friday with weekends & holidays off, and roughly 5 hours/day. However, we are flexible in this regard and happy to make accommodations, especially for a suitable candidate. Due to the location of our home, we would require someone who has their own car.
Start date: ASAP
Flexibility: Yes, could be considered for dates/times. Could be 4-5 days/week, timings flexible, ideally 1-6 PM.
Salary: Competitive, upto £18 ph gross depending upon experience. Workplace pension, payroll and PAYE included.
Short term contracts: Not really as we are looking for someone to join our family home on a long-term employed basis
Pets: None
Car: Own car and driving license essential
