My Summary
Hi, I Am A Fun And Experienced Infants Nanny Looking For Part-Time Work
About Me
Hi, I am a fun, organised and patient nanny looking for my next long-term role where I can become an extension of your family and take an active, caring and fun role in your child’s life. I would also love to travel with a family and I am open to live-in on a temp basis. I am also available for ad-hoc babysitting. I have recently completed a Level 4 maternity nurse training course with “Babyem” and looking forward to apply what I have learnt into my roles.
I take a gentle/respectful approach to nannying and love exploring and learning through nature with children, helping to nurture their curiosity about the world. I like to support children's imagination and cognitive skills through a lot of open ended activities such as water play, arts and crafts and play dough. Socialisation is also a massive part of childcare for me so l'm always out and about with the children taking them to music classes, messy play groups, the library, swimming, soft play, farm parks, the space centre and garden centres. This gives the children an opportunity to interact with children and adults of all ages in various environments, improving their communication and social skills, empathy and independence.
I love cooking and getting children involved in creating healthy well balanced meals. I am keen to teach the children what goes into their meals / where the food comes from. Cooking with the children also encourages them try new foods and feel proud of something they have. I also do alot of batch cooking and often have left overs for parents!
I am skilled in performing arts and also fluent in British Sign Language and more than willing to teach this to any children I look after or communicate with any hard of hearing/profoundly deaf clients.
Send me a message on WhatsApp and I can send over my nanny portfolio which explains more about me and my nanny approach:)
