We attended a wedding away from home, and Liv babysat our children (4 and 2) during the evening at the hotel so my husband and I could attend the reception.
Liv was very responsive to messages, and she made herself available for a video call a few days before the event so the children could meet her. She told them she loves bedtime stories, and got them excited to meet her. Liv sent over copies of her documents to me in advance. She arrived slightly early and out boys were thrilled to see her. She whisked them off for some colouring in, and then got them ready for bed and read lots of stories. She kept us up to date with how they were doing throughout the evening which we really appreciated. And Liv even brought the boys some little treats and made them paper aeroplanes to take home which they love.
Liv was an absolute delight and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She made what could have been a daunting experience feel so easy and relaxed for both parents and children.
