Ebony is an utterly incredible nanny. She has the patience of a saint, and is never without a smile. My son loves her. He has some developmental difficulties which she has taken fully in her stride and she has helped him so much with his confidence, his play, and his communication. There are very few people I'd trust to look after my son, but Ebony is at the top of the list of people I'd be happy to look after him. I should also add that she's really active with him, which is great as he's full of beans!
