Caroline cared for our son Adam from when he was just four months old until present (almost 16 months). Caroline quickly became an invaluable part of our lives, supporting both my husband and me as new parents, helping us navigate early parenthood with ease, confidence, and peace of mind. She has a remarkable intuition for knowing just how to support new parents.
Caroline's nurturing nature and profound understanding of childcare became clear from the very start. Adam adores her deeply, and it’s easy to see why—Caroline cares for him as if he were her own child. She consistently pays close attention to his development, always encouraging him to reach his milestones. From tummy time to rolling over, crawling, standing, waving, and saying his first words, she provided guidance and support that helped Adam thrive in every way. Her focus on developmental milestones has been incredibly reassuring and has set a wonderful foundation for his growth.
One of the qualities that sets Caroline apart is her proactivity and willingness to go above and beyond her core responsibilities. She handled various household tasks such as laundry, dishes, and even took the initiative once to assemble Adam's formula machine—always leaving our home more organized and comfortable than she found it. She supported me tremendously through Adam’s weaning journey, encouraging him to try new foods and helping me with every aspect of the process. Caroline even batch-cooked meals for Adam, stocking the fridge with fresh, nutritious options so that feeding him was always straightforward for me.
Caroline’s proactive attitude extends to her time with Adam outside the home. She loves to take him on outings and often researches local activities that would benefit his development and engagement. Thoughtfully, she found age-appropriate toys for him, even sourcing some from her personal time on Vinted, which shows her genuine commitment to enriching Adam's playtime and growth. Caroline also noticed my habit of capturing milestone photos and made a conscious effort to take beautiful photos when I couldn’t do it. She also takes photos of him while watching him and sends them to me.
In short, Caroline has been so much more than a nanny; she has been an irreplaceable presence in our lives, offering support, comfort, and love. Her dedication, warmth, and consistent efforts to go the extra mile have left a lasting impact on our family. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Caroline in our lives, and any household would be lucky to have her.
