Caring and professional

I needed someone to care for my 8 month old baby whom I had never left with anyone else before. Melissa was super professional, meeting me in advance to understand our needs & routine. As well as following my requests, Melissa had helpful suggestions too.
My baby warmed to Melissa right away due to her confidence and fun, and she kept him stimulated all day, as well as updating me with key information. Overall Melissa seems to be passionate about caring for children and this shines through.

As Melissa said I can confirm her little boy is very happy chilled out little boy who was no trouble whatsoever!

Highly recommend Melissa

Melissa was a room leader at the nursery my daughter attended from the age of 1, she is now 6!
Melissa is an amazing person who cares so much about all the children that have ever been in her care. My daughter loved spending time with Melissa and she made sure my daughter felt safe at all times.
Melissa supported my daughter within meeting the required Early Years milestones over a 3 year period.
Melissa's communication with parents / carers was always professional and daily feedback on what the children had been up was always given.
If you needed any advice to support your child at home Melissa would always help with recommending ideas to try.
We still see Melissa out and about and she always wants to know how my daughter is doing. Always has a smile on her face!

A real life Mary Poppins

I had the pleasure of managing Melissa many years ago in a nursery setting.
I can honestly say she is by far the best and most professional lady who is exceptionally gifted when it comes to caring for children.
Not only is she professional but she truly understands the meaning of care and caters to all children's needs to the highest standard. Her standard of care is outstanding and I truly believe she would be the best carer for anyone's children. She will provide love, education and make every child's day fun. Xx

Above and beyond experience

Melissa, is an exceptional childminder/nanny. We first met Melissa at our DS nursery as his key worker. After our DS moved to a nursery closer to home we ask Melissa if she could be our Nanny for our wedding day. He was our first born and leaving him with someone not family was the scariest thought, but Melissa arranged everything so perfectly with a meet and greet for us all, then a play date for a couple of hours before the day.
Our DS was so comfortable with Melissa and her family welcomed him with open arms. Our DS stayed overnight for 2 nights and I didn’t have a single thing to think about or do for him and got to enjoy our day with the piece of mind he was so well taken care of. 2 years on and he still asks for a sleep over at Melissa’s. There is no doubt in my mind to 100% recommend her services.
