I used Michelle for childminding my 2 year old daughter whilst I had a temporary job. My daughter went for several sessions and loved the 'home from home' atmosphere that Michelle generated.

I was very impressed with how Michelle worked with me to ensure my daughter was properly settled in before leaving her there for a whole day. This left me feeling my daughter was as happy as she could be, and meant I didn't spend all day at work worrying about her.

It was clear that Michelle puts a lot of time and effort into her childminding duties. Each day my daughter attended she got involved in a huge number of different activities. I liked the way lots of time was spent outdoors too.

Michelle clearly loves working with children and this shows through. Each day my daughter attended she ensured her preferred toys were ready and waiting. She also spent considerable time recording what my daughter had been doing, which helped me talk to my daughter about her day.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, for example my daughter's preference for squash rather than water was quickly accommodated.

I would recommend Michelle every time, and will certainly be booking my daughter back in as soon as work picks up.
