About Me
I'm a residential support worker with children and my partner is an electrical assessor in Birmingham. We have 3 children all girls, they are 8yrs, 3yrs and 1yr old. We have pet rabbits and base ourselves on gentle parenting, focusing on building confident children with resilience, respect and kindness.
My Requirements
We require someone who can follow my shift patterns, and providing childcare as and when needed. This could be a full 12.5hr day on the days we don't have nursery/school, for just one or all of our daughters. Will also need some early mornings (6am) for a few hours to a full day depending on shifts and nursery days. We will require school/nursery drop offs/pick ups on working days, and just general looking after the children. Working days will be given in advance based on my own shifts.
