My Summary

My Experience

I spent 8 weeks from January to March 2024 working at an English camp for Korean children in Bangkok. Not only did I teach English lessons during day but I also lived with the children at a hotel nearby the school where I would run evening classes with them where we would play games and do arts and crafts. I also would play games in a swimming pool with them after school. The children were aged 3-14.

I initially spent 4 weeks working at the same camp in the summer of 2023 as part of an English teacher trainee program. I also taught swimming lessons during this camp.

In the summer of 2022, I volunteered for one month at a nursery in Hanoi, Vietnam. The children were aged 1-4 and I was tasked with playing with them, feeding them and putting them to sleep for naptime.

Growing up I would babysit and help care for my significantly younger brother (10 years younger than me) and also had paid babysitting positions from some of his friends.

My Qualifications

Undergraduate degree from the University of St. Andrews

My Availability

I am available anytime as I have just come home from working abroad for a couple months at an English camp in Bangkok

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.42 per hour
• Tutoring from £20.00 per hour

Minimum wage £10.42 until April where it’s £11.44
