About Me
Hello, I’m an experienced primary teacher with great feedback and testimonials from 1:1 tuition. I’ve been teaching primary pupils in Aberdeenshire since 1999. Pupils and parents noted marked improvement in core skills and significant school progress with weekly one to one sessions.
My Experience
I’m experienced in teaching p1-7, across all areas of the curriculum.
I can help with homeschooling, those on flexi timetables, after school skills boost, homework help or any other targeted support you think is helpful.
Keen to help with reading, phonics, maths, spelling and grammar difficulties.
My methods- Setting achievable goals and targets, identifying helpful strategies, using repetition to practise key skills, allowing students time to ask questions about what they don’t understand.
I use positive praise and growth mindset approaches to build confidence and mastery of skills.
