For tutoring to become effective , the gratification will come from the student becoming an independent learner . So my responsibility as a tutor is not to only help them become understand specific school subjects , but also to guide ans support them as they acquire critical thinking and critical learning skills
My Experience
Tutored on a weekly basis 11 students per semester by creating individual learning programs based on individual assessment I had with the kids ; monitored their work effort and improved on the aspects they showed weakness. Also administered time efficiency rule when faced with a difficult problem on their homework or a school test
