My Requirements

We're looking for a babysitter with special needs experience that can give us a couple of hours break. Our two youngest are non-verbal autistic with global development delay.

Joseph - The easier of the twins, is happy to be in his room with toys and tech. He's obsessed with technology and will happily entertain himself for the majority of an evening.
Joshua - He is prone to outbursts of self-harm. He hits himself in the head as a way of indicating that something is off. Usually this is he needs a drink, or a tablet, or he's unhappy with what is on the TV.
Samuel - He's happy to provide any assistance, he's independent and will usually be reading in his room/playing games, but can be called upon is ever needed in dealing with the twins.

It's been a very long time since we've been able to have any semblance of a life because of the twins needs, so just looking for basic needs covered to allow us to go out for a dinner/cinema/just a few hours to get back into the world.

Neither Lucy or I drink and we're not expecting late nights (looking somewhere between for 6pm-9pm).

There wouldn't be any expectation of putting the boys to bed, we'd ensure that we were back at a reasonable hour to do that. Similarly, they'd be prepared for their evening routine in advance of us leaving (ie bathed, PJs, fed, etc).
