We are a family of 3, myself, my husband and our three year old son. Both my husband and I work full time with unsociable hours and frequent short notice shift changes.
My Requirements
Due to our job hours and days being so uncertain I am looking for someone to care for our 3 year old son on occasional days, no fixed rota, which may also be at weekends and even overnight. I usually get no more than 15 days notice of this requirement.
