My Experience

I have spent the past 13 years working as a psychotherapist/ counsellor / support worker / Psychologist for primary and secondary settings. Those include, working in a partnership with Mental Health services NHS ; And two residentials for Children and Young people, one for Homeless Young People and other for children and YP that suffer from attachment issues, disabilities and mental health difficulties/disorders. where I facilitate and support their lives in terms assisting them with life skills, communication skills and one to one session informing them about best coping strategies, creative solutions for their issues towards their autonomy. I also have worked voluntarily for years as a bereavement counsellor for bereavement care services with children, YP and adults.

Recently, I have worked as a Psychotherapist in partnership with FCT – Family Counselling Trust where I have provided therapy/Counselling sessions for families, children and YP; offering Short-term therapy (six sessions) where I have made use of Integrative approach, such I may use CBT model/approach, creative therapy (drawing, Imaginary guidance), ACT – Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, etc.

Currently, I am an Associated Counsellor with Options wellbeing Trust, where I provide Counselling for Adults. I work with an International Platform as a Mental Health Practitioner – wellbeing, again providing therapy to adults.
Additionally, I have my private practice as a psychotherapist.
