My Experience
I’ve been babysitting for local families for the past 5 years from children aged 2-12yrs. I have also done it for a couple of families on childcare.co.uk and can provide references upon request.
I previously worked at an after school club in a primary school as a play-worker, with children ages 3-10. I worked there June 2021- June 2024.
I currently work at Busy Bees nursery as a practitioner with children aged 8 months-5yrs.
I have also worked in a hospital on a general childrens ward for a couple of months on a placement, supporting the nurses and families on the ward as a student nurse.
I have had a weeks experience in a special needs school, where I shadowed the school nurses and got to be in the classrooms, having an insight into their learning.
My Qualifications
I have a level 3 Health and social care diploma at grade distinction star.
I have also completed many training online courses through my employment: Safeguarding Young People, The Prevent Duty, Health and Safety in Education, Child Protection in Education, Food and Hygiene Safety, Preventing and Dealing with a Child Choking, and Supervision Training.
I have also Basic Life Support for children training through university.
My Availability
I’m happy to do weekend work, daytime and evenings. Do send me a message for more information.
I’m looking for babysitting/nannying jobs over the Christmas period while I’m home from university for Christmas for a couple of months.
