Nataliia looked after my two primary school aged children (8 and 11 years) wonderfully. She dropped them off and collected them from school, and because my arrangements often had to change, she communicated with me on the details perfectly. Nataliia was punctual, smiley, talked and played with my children, and formed a real friendship with them.
