About Me
I've been supporting families for over four years, from pregnancy to preschool. I can support you with ad-hoc babysitting or nannying, and offer emergency childcare for those occasions when your usual childcare falls through. I am a doula, antenatal teacher, infant feeding consultant and run a non-profit parenting space over in Huddersfield - I spend a lot of my time with ages 0-5! I am confident and comfortable looking after little ones. I used to teach Sing and Sign and am a practitioner of gentle parenting techniques. My own daughter is now at primary school.
As I study for a Master's, I can offer ad-hoc and emergency childcare in your home or trips out within walking distance (I am not insured to drive children in my own car, but I do have a full clean driving license and am happy to be insured temporarily on other cars).
My Experience
I am a qualified and experienced doula with birth and postnatal experience. I am an infant feeding consultant, trained in baby signing, and have an enhanced DBS and paediatric first-aid qualification. I'm Managing Director of The Nest Holmfirth (a non-profit parenting space) and have a wealth of experience of entertaining and looking after under 5's. I am trained in baby signing, infant feeding and introducing solids.

My Availability
Due to work and studying, my availability may change each week, so I cannot take on long-term arrangements. I can usually be flexible with daytimes. Occasionally I can be available for evening babysitting if it is a client known to me.

- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £16.00 per hour (gross)
