Young family with 8 month old daughter Maddie.
Starting a full time job soon which is rota based 3 days a week.
One week I’ll need a baby sitter 3 days.
The week after I’ll only need baby sitter for one day. Once I have my rota I’ll be able to determine what days I need Maddie minded. Flexibility is required

Just tidy up after yourself when making meals and changing etc.
