About Me

We might be biased, but we believe our daughter Róisín is truly wonderful! She had a challenging start in life, undergoing corrective heart surgery at just 10 months old. However, we’re thrilled that she’s now fixed up and thriving, and we’re looking forward to the future.

Róisín is a happy, chatty, and curious 13-month-old who delights in pop-up books and watching 'In The Night Garden.' Her favorite song is "Uptown Funk" by Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars, which, for some reason, she finds incredibly soothing—it often helps her calm down and even drift off to sleep!

We’re currently looking for a childminder who participates in the 14 hours per week childcare scheme for children nine months and older. Since I’m self-employed, I can offer some flexibility with days and times. Occasionally, we may need some additional hours, so a bit of flexibility would be a plus.

Ideally, we’re hoping to find a childminder within walking distance, and it’s important for us to build a long-term, trusting relationship with someone who can provide Róisín with a nurturing, home-like environment.

Róisín also has an older "dog brother," a whippet named Henrik, so we’re very comfortable with her being around other animals.
