Shockingly terrible!

Do not recommend!!
I had arranged for Ella to arrive she did not show up and did not communicate she couldn't come. Her calls were going to voicemail but she was active on Snapchat and WhatsApp and replied if she didn't recognise the number!
She kept promising to attend but never did. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and arranged for her to attend the next day. She didn't show up again and 5 hours late text "shall I come now???" With no explanation or apology.
Very unprofessional.
I can also read from the comments she scheduled to look after my son but also agreed to look after other parents children on the same date and didn't show for either of us.
I do believe other reviews are fake.
When asked what happened why she didn't attend her story kept changing from family emergency to she wasn't well when asked a few days later.

Very appalled!!!! Will be reporting!!
