Royal-Marine Mummy
Tracy was recommended to us by some work friends.
We have two daughters, Libby 6 and Lottie 2. We both work in the City and hated leaving our girls with childminders.
They may be registered, but that doesn't make them good at their jobs.
We found in the past that the girls had been tearful and reluctant to leave me in the morning and I often found pick up rather upsetting. I felt like I was abandoning them to the wolves.
Previous childminders had taken the girls to the park but that was about the extent of it. Tracy sits and reads with the children. Her assistant and Daughter Danielle, work tirelessly keeping the balance of entertainment with educational input such as phonics, sounds, speech and learning through play.
Tracys home has a wide array of clean and modern toys. She takes the children on countless trips and day activities. And often Lottie will come home chanting a new song that she's learned at group. Plus Tracy helped us with potty training Missy. That has been really smooth as well with hardly any accidents. Often Libby will bound in telling me how Tracy had praised her for reading after school. Something that is a great help to us, but also gives Lib confidence to read aloud to other people, or how they had been to Maldon Splash park.
Tracy offers appetising and nutritionally balanced meals, which tick our boxes, but also most crucially, the kids enjoy too. WIN-WIN for Mummy.
In a nutshell, we haven't looked back since employing Tracy. We are more than happy to chat with any potential parents and to offer our opinions and reassurances about the care she provides.
Tracy - thank you. Just don't plan on retiring or anything. If we win the lottery tonight to tomorrow, we will become your sole employer. We rely on you and think of you and Danielle as an extended part of our family.
