Look no further!

As new parents we were apprehensive about leaving Olivia for the first time.

We searched this site and decided to informally interview our chosen childminders. Sadly despite their glowing profile, we had found nobody that we felt happy enough leaving her with.
I came across Tracy and we decided to take Olivia round for a visit. She was 6 months old at the time so the thought of leaving my baby girl all day was just horrid. All sorts of things ran through my mind, would she be left to cry if she didn't settle? Would her nappy get changed as often as we would?

We decided after Tracy recommended, on a couple of settling in sessions with Olivia. These were free and after 2 times of going, Livvys cheeky chubby face would beam when she saw Tracy. From that day to this, we have never ever regretted our choice.

Tracy is such a key part of our lives and indeed our family. Thank you lovely ladies. oOH and she accepts Childcare Vouchers. Total bonus! Thank you xxx

What can we say? Tracy is fabulous. Our two sons, aged 9 and 3 adore her.

We work for the emergency services in London, so after many a disappointing start with other childminders on here, we finally found our perfect match.
We needed reliable, flexible childcare for our sons and most of all, we wanted a structured, loving environment for them when they were away from home.
Tracy has our boys Mon-Fri and their only moan....why can't they stop for dinner every night!

We met Tracy and her professionalism we abudnet. She handed us a information pack detailing her qualifications, day to day activities with the children and meal plans plus much more relevant bits.
We were immediately sold and 14 months on we haven't looked back.
We are still surprised by the level of activities offered during the holidays and during the day for the non school age little ones. Toddler groups, park, Colchester Zoo, bowling, baking. Honestly her list is seriously impressive.

Tracy, as professionals, we could not wish to find a better, more loving childminder. You have made the difficult part of our day, saying goodbye to our boys, an absolute pleasure.

So Welcoming

Went along with a friend to collect her boys. Tracy has a warm and welcoming environment, which seemed very stimulating for the children. Both boys were very comfortable with Tracy and couldn't wait to tell their mum all the activities they had done that day. The elder boy was even keen to show his home work which Tracy had helped him with. If I lived in the area Tracy would certainly be a choice for me and my little one.

Loving childminder

When I moved to Essex my son was finding it very difficult to deal with all the new changes in his life. After visiting several childminders in the area, Pheonix instantly connected with Tracy. We knew instantly that Tracy was the person to help with our son.

Her patient and excellent communication with not just the children but the parents is fantastic. When we discuss problems we are having or extra help our son may need with his education, Tracy will ask what you are doing to help him and will go out of her way to ensure that she encorporates the same teaching methods. She will even buyi the same materials that you are using to help develope your child. I have to say that my son loves Tracy and Danielle, he has never had anything but good experiences and I enjoy hearing what they have been doing. My son is a fantastic little boy, we are indeted to Tracy for all that she has done to help provide a loving and stable environment for our son. Her home is a home from home for Pheonix. We really can't recommend Tracy enough for the fantastic minder that she is.

Amazing

From the first contact, Tracy has always made me feel relaxed about leaving Elsie to go back to work.
Elsie is made to feel like part of the family and from the age of 9 months Tracy and Danielle have cared for her to such a high standard.
Tracy keeps you updated with all development.
Tracy encourages Elsie to continue to work on her speech and while she was learning to walk, helped with this new challenge as well.
In this last year, since being back at work, I really don't know what I would of done without Tracy.
Elsie loves Tracy's house and all the fun things they do. Elsie loves her sits (dogs) and fish and I never feel concerned about leaving her. Tracy is definitely part of the family now.

Just wow!!

Where do I start??
We first contact Tracy in June 2014 when I was pregnant and we were looking for a childminder to look after our little bundle of joy when I returned to work in the February. From the outset Tracy has just simply been amazing. We totally warmed to her from our first meeting and our first impressions were only to be exceeded.

From when Ieuan was born, we met regularly with Tracy to ensure that our son would have a bond with her before we left him for the first time. He had plenty of settling in visits as well to make sure that he was comfortable before I returned to work.

Not once have I ever felt uncomfortable or worried about leaving him with her which is a great relief after going back to work after maternity leave. It really is so clear how much my son loves her as he is always beaming with a smile when I drop him off and he is always keen to get down on to the carpet to play in the mornings.

The other children who are cared for are beautifully well behaved and have fantastic manners which is only a testament to how much Tracy loves and cares for all of the children. Tracy is always willing to work alongside you to make sure care for your child is consistent.

I simply cannot recommend Tracy enough. From the activities she does, the work and learning the children benefit from whilst they are with her and just by seeing how happy my little man is with her it is clear that she is amazing.

Fabulous!!!!

I cannot reccomend Tracy highly enough, she has been looking after my children for four and a half years and does a fantastic job. When you see her around the children it is clear to see she loves her job and treats all the children the same.
As a full time working mum - to begin with - it is difficult to hand your children (the most precious people in your life) over into the care of someone else, but from day one Tracy has done everything possible to settle the children in, provide them with a home from home environment and ensure they feel loved and part of the family.
The children do regualr weekly activites and during the school holidays are always out and about on trips or staying at home doing a wide variety of fun activites.
Tracy will always work alongside you to ensure that anything you are trying to do at home is continued whilst the children are in her care so as not to confuse the children with different rules etc.
Sometimes being a working can be tough and you feel such a huge sense of guilt at leaving them every morning, but knowing they are being extremely well cared for, loved and having such fun makes it all so much easier.
The children love Tracy and quite simply we would be lost without her!
