I am a nurse with a 7year old son.
My Requirements
I do long shifts within the hospital and do 3-4 shifts a week. I would need a before school and school drop off and an after school/ evening babysitter to make tea for my little one and put him to bed at a specified time. My days are not set days so these would need to be discussed. I get my working rota way in advance and would be able to sit to discuss the days/hours in advance to enable suitability of both me and the babysitter.
