I was a carer to my mum for 10 years, this inclusive personal care and helping with day to day living.
I have been catering for small parties, gatherings and also, charity events.
It brings me absolute joy and fulfilment to see people devour my food.
Moreover, cooking has become a form of self-expression, allowing me to share my creations with family and friends during gatherings, which often sparked meaningful conversations and cherished memories.
