Helen worked with our son from week 5 to 16. She was extremely helpful not only handling the nights so we could rest but also teaching us good sleeping habits and day routine. As a result my son was sleeping through the night at just 12 weeks old. Helen is punctual and reliable. We were so lucky to work with Helen and highly recommend her.
